One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 credit toward a Tesla Powerwall 3 installation with Girasolve Energy LLC.

The prize is non-transferable as cash and must be applied toward an eligible installation project within our service area.

Eligibility for Prize Redemption

To redeem the $1,000 credit, the winner must be a homeowner and meet all installation requirements. The credit applies to:

• Homes with an existing solar system, or
• New solar + battery installations, subject to project approval, site conditions, and credit qualification.

All installations are subject to eligibility based on credit score, utility provider requirements, and site evaluation.

Utility Requirement

This promotion is only valid for customers serviced by AEP or Oncor utility providers. Homes serviced by electric cooperatives or other utility providers are not eligible for installation under this promotion.

Prize Validity

The $1,000 credit must be redeemed within 90 days of the winner announcement date (06/01/2026). After this period, the prize will be considered void unless otherwise extended in writing by Girasolve Energy LLC.

The prize may be transferred to a qualifying household installation within our service area. If the winner does not qualify or chooses not to proceed, the prize may be reassigned to another eligible homeowner or household that meets installation requirements.

Bonus entries are optional and do not guarantee additional chances of winning unless otherwise specified.

Comment Entry Rules

There is no limit to the number of comments an individual participant may submit for entry purposes. However, each comment must tag a minimum of two (2) different users to qualify as a valid entry.

Participants are not allowed to repeatedly tag the same individuals across multiple comments within the same account. Each comment must include different tagged users to ensure variety and fair participation.
